Limited Warranty on a T-Point Lift

Our product is backed with a Limited Lifetime warranty on the welded frame and arms to any owner of the
T-Point Lift regardless of the age of the product.
If any welded steel part of the T-Point Lift frame, upon determination by the manufacturer that misuse and failure to
follow manufacturers guidelines was not the cause of failure, will be replaced, as long as Ranch Solutions is a
functioning entity.
This warranty does not include the Pins, Clevises, Top Links, Adjustable links and components, Linear
Actuators,Hydraulic Power Pack, Electric Motor, Hydraulic Hose, Hydraulic Cylinder or controller. See One Year

We will make an evaluation of the failure within the most reasonable time and issue a
RMA for replacement parts.

The Following components are backed with a One Year warranty.
The Pins, Clevises, Top Links, Adjustable links and components Hydraulic Power Pack, Linear Actuator, Electric Motor,
Hydraulic Hose, Hydraulic Cylinder or controller.
If for any of the these parts fails within one year of manufacture upon determination by the manufacturer that misuse
was not the cause of failure they will be replaced by the manufacturer.

Equipment. Installed rated lift capacity must comply with manufacture recommended rating of
installed receiver. Never use the T-Point Lift to exceed the rating of installed receiver.
Manufacturer is not liable for damage and injury sustained from failing to comply with any
manufacturers ratings or misuse.
